Happy 2025 Chorale friends!
We’re excited to begin a new season! Thank you to everyone who participated in our survey. We continue to use your feedback to tweak our registration and communications processes. We’re excited to add a couple of new features this season including:
Early Registration
We’re testing out online registration this season! You can now complete your registration process before the first rehearsal, including paying your dues. Doing this ahead of time should be easier, faster, and helps us predict the turnout so we have enough music for everyone. Just click the link below, complete the form, and then pick up your registration card at check in on the 21st. You will still have the ability to register in person at the first rehearsal on January 21st but please arrive early as our meeting will begin at 6:30.
Returning Member Pre-Registration: Registration for members who were on the roster in Fall 2024.
New Member Pre-Registration: Registration for new singers and those returning from earlier seasons (prior to Fall 2024).
Pre-registration runs until 5pm on January 20th.
Electronic Payments
NBCC now accepts digital payments through Square! You can use your credit card or a variety of cash app platforms (like Venmo) to pay your dues, pay for tickets, and make donations. There is no fee to you to use this service. You can find our online store at nbtxchorale.square.site. Choose your membership, and check out is easy. Payments completed during pre-registration will be noted on your registration card, but please save your receipt just in case.
You can also make your membership payment in person at the first rehearsal either by credit card, with cash or with a check.
Substack
We have heard great things from our members about our use of Substack in the Fall, and we will use it as our primary form of communication this season. The site address and subscription have not changed, and you do not need to do anything to update your subscription unless you unsubscribed after the season. All new messages and audio files will appear under the “Spring 2025” tab found at the top of the page as they are posted.
We’re excited to see you all Tuesday, January 21. Regular registration will be open at 6:00 and our meeting and rehearsal will start at 6:30. See you then!
